We're very excited about our new online banking service!  The new site offers all of the same functionality you have been accustomed to, while introducing some great new features, too.  We're thrilled to offer our customers the latest in online-banking technology.  We'd also like to inform you of our new bill pay service, OneClick Bill Pay!

Here are some of the great features you'll receive with our online banking service.  You will be able to:

  • Make person-to-person (P2P) transfers
  • Send money to your kids’ accounts easily
  • Make transfers between your accounts here and at other banks*
  • Have online access to your statements
  • Customize account alerts to notify you of activity

Current Online Banking Customers:  If you were already enrolled in online banking prior to our upgrade on June 3rd, here are a few setup steps you will need to complete in order to login to your new online banking for the first time.

  1. Go to the Bank & Trust Company homepage at www.banktr.com, and login to online banking with your current Online ID (username).  You will not need your current password.
  2. The system will ask you for your 'security code'.  Your code is your Online ID + the last four digits of your Social Security Number.  For example: if your Online ID is jdoe and your SSN is 123-45-6789, then your security code will be jdoe6789.
  3. The system will then walk you through an initial registration process.  You will choose new security questions, a new security image and phrase, and a new password.
  4. If we do not currently have an email address for you on file, the system will prompt you to enter a valid email address at this time.  Your email address may be used for password resets, account alerts and institution communication.

*You will be asked "out of band" questions to verify your identity when you set up this feature.
