Customer Service Representative - Bank & Trust Company seeks a personable individual as a customer service representative. Applicants must have the ability to enter numerical data on computer with speed and accuracy. Skill in exercising initiative, judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making needed, along with good mathematical aptitude to facilitate daily balancing. Must also maintain effective working relationships with staff and customers. A CSR’s duties include: accepting checking and savings deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments for both consumer and commercial customers, and assist with depository and vault duties.
